You must fish in our designated area and have your ticket in your
possession.
2.
All fish entered must be brought to the judges’ stand
immediately. Only live and unfrozen fish
are eligible. Only fish caught during
the contest hours within tournament boundaries are eligible. Any fish brought up from your fishing hole is YOUR fish.
3.
In the event of a tie of weight, the first fish weighed will be
awarded the higher position.
4.
All holes provided. Entrant
to maintain holes. There will be
sufficient holes.

You must have a current

Only one line can be used at a time per contestant; you may move
locations at will to any unoccupied hole in the tournament area.
7.
Normal size bait buckets are allowed. Coolers or larger containers of any size are
not allowed. No fish houses, shelters,
or vehicles are allowed on the ice. No
electronic equipment allowed (including but not limited to) depth finders,
graphs & underwater cameras. All
personal articles are subject to search for illegal fish.
8.
We will provide parking off the lake. Instructions will come with your official
tournament ticket on where to park and transportation to the lake.
9.
Participants must act and behave in an orderly manner and be
responsible for their actions. No debris
to be left by you in your area during or after the contest.
10.
No alcoholic beverages will
be allowed in the fishing contest area.
11.
Decisions by our judges will be binding and final.
12.
There will be no refunds if the contest is cancelled; however all
prizes will be awarded.
13.
All winners are responsible for their own taxes and license.
14.
Tickets may be purchased through authorized venders.
15.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase on and near the
contest area before, during, and after the contest.

There will be no contestant sharing of fish. All fish caught must go immediately to the
judges’ stand.

Failure to comply with these rules may lead to a contestant’s
disqualification and cancellation of participation in this contest.

Security will be provided at contest and parking areas.

This is a nonprofit contest.
Proceeds will be used for the Devils Lake City Volunteer Fire Department
and charitable needs in the greater

Site of contest will be on Six Mile Bay of Devils

Only one (1) fishing prize per person per species.

No contestant may fish within contest area prior to start of
contest (

Winners responsible for picking up their prizes within 30
days. If not picked up within 30 days
they become property of the Devils Lake City Volunteer Fire Dept.

Any unclaimed fishing prizes will be drawn for at the memorial
Building prior to the main drawing.
28.
All ticket holders must pass through inspection entrance gates to
be eligible to fish.
29.
Perimeters will be patrolled.

Anyone leaving fishing area must remove line from water.
31.
All fish caught become property of the Devils Lake City Volunteer
Fire Department.
32.
Parent or guardian is responsible for taxes and or license if a
minor wins a major prize.
